'Love And Hip Hop Atlanta' Cast: Erica Dixon & Lil Scrappy's Child Support Case Gets Ugly, Don't 'Drag Me Through The Mud' [VIDEO]
The child support battle between Erica Dixon and Lil Scrappy takes an even worser turn in the upcoming episode of VH1’s Love & Hip Hop Atlanta.
In the last episode Dixon decided to take legal action against the rapper who is the father of her daughter.
She alleged that he owes $45-46,000 in back child support! In a clip of what’s to come in the upcoming episode, Dixon sits down with her lawyer once again and discusses taking the next step.
“I slapped him with a contempt order. And now his lawyer wants to see if we can settle this outside of court,” Dixon said. But she doesn’t seem very hopeful as her and Lil Scrappy have gone around this circle several times concerning him financially being there for the child. But the rapper has a different side of the story to tell.
“Erica got the nerve to act like I don’t care of my daughter. You ain’t finna drag me in the mud like that,” Lil Scrappy reveals to cameras.
His lawyer adds, “We dispute that owe child support” before saying they have proof that Lil Scrappy has been doing his part.
“We came to a mutual agreement that she takes care of her, I take care of her, and anytime she needs something, I give it,” Lil Scrappy said. “That’s what I was rolling with.”
But Dixon then denies making any “agreement” like that before revealing that he hasn’t paid child support in two years.
Lil Scrappy points out that during the time Dixon claims he wasn't paying, they were engaged and even living in the same home. So Dixon told him it didn’t make sense for him to pay child support.
The lawyers then get involved in the battle as Dixon’s lawyer asks Lil Scrappy if he still smokes weed and if he would be willing to do a drug test. Lil Scrappy’s lawyer chimes in and says, “We could pull countless videos of your client doing shameless things.”
