They've only been parents for one month now, but it looks like Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard are already struggling in their new roles with their newborn baby at home. There's a new report that says Dillard is having a hard time getting his work done while raising his son Israel David Dillard at home.

According to In Touch Weekly, Baby Israel has been keeping his parents up all night long as they are struggling to adjust to their new life.

"Poor guy - he's up all night with the baby, then he has to go to work and have his coworkers asking him all kinds of questions about his wife, their newborn baby, the rest of the family and the TV show," an insider close to the couple revealed. "He can barely get any work done."

What's more, Derick, who works at Wal Mart headquarters in Arkansas is supposedly using his lunch break to catch up on his sleep - in his car!

New mom Jill on the other hand is having a tough time with her recovery following her C-section last month. She had to deliver at her local hospital rather than at home after her baby was born almost two weeks past her due date.

The source added, "Jill's having a very tough time with her recovery and Derick is right there with her helping out as much as he can."

This is the first child for the couple, who tied the knot in June of last year in front of 1000 of their closest friends and family. There have also been rumors that the couple might be starring in their own spin-off show on the TLC network.
