After Adam Levine had a surprise sugar attack from a fan, the attacker has received his punishment.

On Saturday, MTV announced that Navid Farsi has been found guilty of battery after hitting the Maroon 5 singer with a bag of sugar outside the Jimmy Kimmel Live studio where Levine was making a guest appearance. Farsi has been sentenced to 20 days of cleaning up trash, three years probation and 52 counseling sessions. He also cannot come anywhere near Levine and no less than 500 yards from the Kimmel studio.
The situation started when Levine was making his way towards the studio as a group of fans stood outside for autographs. The singer was engaging with the crowd when all of a sudden, a giant pack of sugar got tossed on him where it went all over his face and clothes, causing everyone to go into shock- especially Levine.

Odds are likely that the incident was related to Levine's latest song "Sugar."
The singer nor his model wife, Behati Prinsloo, have commented on the situation. Levine didn't even mention it when he was on Kimmel.
The hunky musician and his model spouse have been married for almost ten months now. The model previously gushed to Extra about how glad she is to be married to her man.
"I feel great," she said, posted on Hollywood Life. "It's just a solidness. You're with the person you should be so it's a very comforting, amazing feeling."
