Sexy and personal pictures of the "Modern Family" star Sofia Vergara were retrieved off of her fiancé Nick Loeb's stolen Blackberry and now the images are up for sale.

None of the pictures include nude images of the Colombian beauty, but were "personal in nature," according to a report.

"The photos show Sofia in her bathroom and the bedroom, and, while they are personal, they are not fully revealing," a source told New York Post.

Sources told the newspaper that an unidentified seller based in Del Ray, Fla., have put the pictures, where Vergara was described as looking "fantastic," up for sale. Loeb, 36, has no idea how the pictures were retrieved but told friends he lost his Blackberry before the couple got engaged in July.

Fans of the 40-year-old should not expect to see the images anytime soon. According to the report, Vergara has already taken legal action to stop the images from being published.

"Her management team are doing their best to make sure they do not become public," the source revealed. "Sofia's legal and management team have been aggressive about taking them off the marke."

Loeb proposed to Vergara in July during her lavish birthday trip to Mexico, where 100-plus family and friends joined her in a week-long celebration.

Vergara, who plays Gloria Delgado-Pritchett on "Modern Family," was recently declared the Top-Earning Actress on TV, raking in $19 million last year, according to Forbes.

In September, Vergara shared her own pictures "of a personal nature." Shortly before her ABC show won the 2012 Primetime Emmy Award for Best Comedy, Vergara had a wardrobe malfunction where the back of her dress ripped open.

Vergara shared pictures of her fashion incident on Twitter. One of the pictures showed Vergara's buttocks fully visible as the rear of the dress split thanks to her Latin curves. The actress tweeted the shot along with the caption: "Yes!!!! This happend 20 min before we won!!!! Jajajajja. I luv my life!!!!"
