According to Life & Style magazine on Wednesday, Real Housewives of Orange County newcomer Meghan King Edmonds started the speculation that Ayers really doesn't have Stage 3 Non-Hodgkin lymphoma. In a preview clip for the upcoming season, cast mate Heather Dubrow questions, "Who would make up cancer?"
So far, all Gunvalson had to say was that the rumors are "nothing short of disgusting."

Back in October of last year, Ayers himself went on the record to say he was battling with cancer.
According to Radar Online on Thursday, Ayers made the revelation, adding that he has stage 3 cancer and that he is "determined to fight this horrible disease" while he is being surrounded by love and support from his friends and family.
Ayers told the site, "Life is funny sometimes. Sometimes it is not. My reality is that I have, once again, been diagnosed with a form of Non-Hodgkin lymphoma specifically diffuse large B cell lymphoma."
He added, "Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) is the most common type of lymphoma. Although there are more than 50 types of NHL, diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common type, making up about 30 percent of all lymphomas. In the United States, DLBCL affects about 7 out of 100,000 people each year. DLBCL is a fast-growing, aggressive form of NHL. DLBCL is fatal if left untreated, but with timely and appropriate treatment, approximately 60 percent of all patients can be cured."
The Real Housewives of Orange County airs on the Bravo network.
