Sofia Vergara News 2015: Ex-Fiance Nick Loeb Claims The Actress Abused Him [VIDEO]
Things are just getting messier by the minute between Sofia Vergara and her ex-fiance, Nick Loeb. If their bizarre embryos claim wasn't strange enough, now the businessman is claiming that the Modern Family star was abusive to him during their relationship.

According to Jezebel over the weekend, Loeb's new accusations are part of his August 2014 lawsuit over the couple's frozen embryos. Even though the couple is no longer together (and Vergara has moved on with actor Joe Manganiello), Loeb wants to bring them to term while Vergara wants them frozen indefinitely.
In his lawsuit, Loeb claims that Vergara "began vigorously berating him after he questioned her signing of a document that stipulated that the embryos were to be thawed should one of them die."

Loeb said that the Latina beauty "routinely bullied him, calling him a 'loser,' 'worthless,' and other degrading names" during their ill-fated relationship.
Of course, Vergara herself has not commented on the allegations.
Speaking to Howard Stern, Vergara, who broke up with the businessman early last year, hinted that Loeb might have some sort of agenda against her and that she also wants to resolve this as peacefully as possible.
She said, "It makes no sense. A child needs a loving relationship of parents that get along, that don't hate each other...I don't hate him but he obviously has a problem with me! A kid needs parents. I wouldn't imagine anyone saying that it's sane to bring to the world kids that are already set up, everything wrong for them. It would be so selfish."
When asked about Loeb's legal standing against her, Vergara shrugged it off, saying that he should have considered all the ramifications while they were still together.
She added, "There is law. You signed papers, legal papers, and if it was so serious for him, this issue - which I totally respect it is serious for someone - then you should have taken it more serious at the time like I did...there is a contract."
