Kristin Kreuk, who plays Catherine in Beauty and the Beast, dished about the third season of the series, in an interview with TVGuide.

Kreuk revealed that Catherine will be secretly working with the DHS agents to help them track down a new beast. "They're trying to enroll her, in this...looks like a beast-like threat, but she doesn't believe them until she does," Kreuk said. She went on to state that Catherine tries to rope Vincent in, but he "doesn't want anything to do with it.

"They have this back and forth, with her believing that they have a greater purpose, and him believing that they don't and they should just be happy and should live together and forget all that other stuff," she added about how this would affect their relationship.

But this isn't going to cause irreparable chasms in the relationship, as Kreuk revealed that it was pretty solid but this is definitely going to cause some conflict between the two. "There is no legitimate threat of the relationship falling apart, but it certainly will create conflict, which we need on the televisions!" she laughed.

The premiere date for the CW series was recently pushed back by a few weeks from its originally set return on May 21, no particulary reason was given for the postponement.

Season 3 of Beauty and the Beast will now be premiering on The CW on June 11 at 8 p.m. on The CW.
