One of Jessica Biel's former co-stars and close friends just gushed over the actress and her baby boy, Silas.

On Wednesday, Entertainment Tonight posted a live interview with actress Beverley Mitchell who played Biel's younger sister on the series 7th Heaven. As a mother, herself, Mitchell mentioned that little Silas is "adorable" and how happy she is to share motherhood with her friend.
"It's amazing that I got this opportunity to go through this experience with my friend and that our kids are going to be able to grow up together, and that we, as mothers, can just sit back and talk and chat and go through the 'Oh, today was a rough day' or the highs of the day and the lows of the day and I have friends that I can share that with, and it's just super fun and I'm so grateful," Mitchell said.

The actress also pointed out that Biel and her pop star husband, Justin Timberlake, don't need any advice on parenting since they both have it together really well.
"They are both so natural and they are both so excited and they are such an amazing couple and they are such an incredible item," Mitchell quipped. "This has been such a very natural move for both of them and I'm so thrilled that I am able to be there with them in this incredible experience of parenthood."
Mitchell is a mom to Kenzie, 2, and Hutton, three months. Biel gave birth to Silas last April.
