Amanda Bynes Suing 'In Touch' Magazine? Actress Fights Claim She Paraded Naked on Tanning Salon
Amanda Bynes has threatened to sue In Touch magazine for publishing a story claiming that the actress was walking totally naked inside a tanning salon in New York City.
Bynes, 26, told another news outlet that the story was not true. "That's not true, I'll sue," she reportedly said to Celebuzz.
In Touch magazine published a story on it's latest issue saying that Bynes "shocked customers" when she appeared in the tanning salon's main area "completely naked" while she was searching for goggles.
"She walked out of the room completely naked," an eyewitness told In Touch. "She didn't seem to care that everyone saw her naked."
"She seemed totally out of it," the source added. "She took her time walking back to the Mystic room, dragging her fingers along the wall and smiling at customers who passed her."
Bynes' personal life has been the subject of intense gossip after multiple accusations that she has been driving erratically.

She recently pleaded not guilty to two counts on driving with a suspended license on October 15.
The former Nickelodeon actress was also linked to two hit-and-run incidents in April and August.
During her first alleged hit-and-run incident in April, she was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving. However, she claimed she was not drunk and that she does not drink.
"I don't drink, and I don't drink and drive," she said. "It is all false."Bynes has admitted that she is done with her acting career, saying that she is planning on starting a fashion line. The last film she starred in was 2010's "Easy A," which also starred Emma Stone and Penn Badgley.
Celebrities' site TMZ has published in the past pictures of what it claims is the interior of Bynes' vehicle, showing a suspicious herb similar to pot on the car's ash tray.
