There has been plenty of speculation about 5 Seconds of Summer's drummer Ashton Irwin's relationship status with model Bryana Holly for months now.

Back in January, the 5SOS band member was caught getting cozy with her by fans at Disneyland in California.

Since then many other fans have caught Irwin out and about with Holly.

She has even been seen with the drummer in Europe while he's on tour with the rest of his band.

It seems like a safe assumption to say they're a couple considering how much time they spend together and how affectionate they tend to be toward each other, but Irwin told Scott Mills from BBC Radio 1 while at the radio station's Big Weekend concert that he's a single man.

Irwin told Mills when they were asked if they were collectively single or not, "I mean, pretty damn much."

"I don't think we have time for girlfriends. I mean, we like see people I guess, like if we meet someone really nice we hang out, but we're not in one spot very often," he added.

So does this mean he and Holly aren't boyfriend and girlfriend? Is she just "someone really nice" in his mind?
