Kandi Burruss has taken a stand for her friend Carmon after she and Carmon had a huge blowup on The Real Housewives of Atlanta spinoff, Kandi’s Ski Trip.

The second portion of the three-part series aired Sunday night and it showed Burruss telling Carmon she wasn’t a great assistant. While the screaming match seemed so bad, Burruss took to her Instagram to make it clear that their friendship is still going strong.

She shared a picture with her nearly three million fans on Instagram from the trip to Colorado. (Burruss and her husband Todd Tucker were hoping to work out their issues at a ski resort).

Burrurss captioned it, “My mom said @camcambi & I are like Gail & @Oprah. #RealFriendship we’ve been friends over 28 yrs. Yeah, it took a minute for her to get adjusted to the assistant life but having a ride or die friend that has your back 110% is worth the time it took for her to get adjusted to the job.”

Carmon, who also starred in Burruss’s Kandi’s Wedding special, also made light of the situation and posted another snapshot of a member of Burruss’s team sleeping Monday afternoon. She added the caption, “If you think I dont do anything at work look @jamar_west06 #Got’em”.

In Sunday night’s episode, Burruss told Carmon, “Up until recently I didn’t think you were great at what you do…To me, for a long time you wasn’t the best assistant that I’ve ever ahd.”
