A reporter boldly decided to go up to Jennifer Garner to ask about the rumors that she was splitting up with her husband, Ben Affleck.

On Monday, OK! Magazine reported that Garner had landed in Canada to film her new movie Nine Lives where the paparazzi found her. As she was talking on the phone, one of the reporters asked about the gossip that she and Affleck were ending their marriage.
As it turned out, the actress did not answer the question as she was talking on her phone. All she did was wave her hand and say, "Please don't talk to me."

Since she was on the phone, it's possible that that wasn't the greatest time to answer a bunch of questions especially when it's over something that may not even be true.
The rumor of a divorce started last week when OK! Magazine mentioned that Affleck may want things to end sooner rather than later since he has a lot of publicity coming up.
"Ben wants the official statement to come out a few weeks before their 10th anniversary June 29- which he hopes will give enough time for the news to die down by the time he has to promote Batman v Superman and the other movies he has coming out next year," a source said.
According to the insider, the couple don't handle things too well when it comes to dealing with issues.
"Often, when Ben and Jen have a problem, they just agree to ride it out and be miserable together until they can get some time apart," the source said. "Jennifer has close friends who think that she and Ben are a horrible fit, despite how much he loves being a father to those kids."
