"I'm so happy to share the cover," Mitchell gushed, adding, "We have been keeping this secret for far too long!"
Mitchell noted that this novel "is so close to my heart" since she penned it with Blaney.
"It's a novel about love, friendship, finding yourself, and following your bliss!"
Blaney shared similar sentiments, while also appearing slightly shocked that the day has come to reveal the cover of their creation since she said, "Is this real life?"
St. Martin's Press is publishing Bliss and a summary is available to read on the publisher's site.
This novel follows 21-year-old Sophia Marcus as she navigates through life as a twenty-something going after her Hollywood dreams. Plus, her best friend Demi Michaels also plays a big role in the novel as well as Demi's "frenemy" Leandra Hunting.
"Bliss paints a relatable portrait of life in your early twenties with equal parts optimism and fear, hope and disappointment, expectation and reality," the publisher's site shared, adding, "It's the Age of Uncertainty when you can count on nothing, but, if you're lucky enough to have one truly great friend, you can survive just about anything."
Bliss sounds like the perfect young adult read and the best part is it is available for pre-order right now. It will be released in early October (we cannot wait to get through summer so we can get our hands on it!).
