On Thursday, the Teen Mom OG star officially announced she was on Instagram, and within moments, shared her first selfie, which featured a look at her fiance, Matthew Baier, whom she's currently with in Boston.

"Me and babe with the ocean behind us in Mass...beautiful room view..sending love," Portwood wrote with the photo.
One day later, Portwood shared her second Instagram photo, which featured a pier leading into a lake, where several sail boats could be seen.
Earlier this week, Portwood appeared on a Teen Mom OG: Featured Moment, via MTV News, where she discussed her dream wedding to Baier, and revealed she'd like to have her co-stars, including Farrah Abraham, Catelynn Lowell and Maci Bookout, involved.
“My dream wedding, I know for sure, my cousin Krystal would be the maid of honor at the wedding because she’s the closest person to me. She’s like my best friend. And of course I want all the Teen Moms, all the girls, I want them to be my bridesmaids. I mean, they have to be a part of it.”
