Bobbi Kristina Brown Update: 22-Year-Old Was 'Addicted To Drugs' & 'Suicidal' At 14 [VIDEO]
We are finding out more about Bobbi Kristina Brown’s troubled childhood after a tragic incident left her in a coma for about than three months.
As of now, Brown is still getting treatment in a rehab center after she was found unresponsive in her bathtub back on Jan. 31.
But while fans wait to see what her future holds, it has been revealed just how controversial her teenaged years were. Brown is the only child of the late Whitney Houston and R&B crooner Bobby Brown.

Now, an unauthorized biography of the mother and daughter duo called Whitney & Bobbi Kristina: The Deadly Price of Fame, reveals that Bobbi Kristina was “addicted to drugs” and just 14-years-old. There was also a high risk that she would take her own life. Author Ian Halperin writes that the now 22-year-old got involved with a very negative crowd, including her current and longtime boyfriend Nick Gordon.
“The crowd she hung out with was out of control. The past couple of years she hung out with a bunch of crazies, they were wild and reckless.”
This seemed to be even worse as Houston was battling her own struggle with drugs.
This would explain that while the Browns and Houstons have had lots of drama since Bobbi Kristina’s incident, the one thing they seem to be able to agree on is not allowing Gordon to visit her in the center. He was also banned from the hospital she was rushed to when it all first happened.
