As if the drama with her sisters wasn’t enough, Braxton Family Values star and singer Tamar Braxton has to fight off critics after she posted a video on Instagram recently.

It all started when she released a snippet of a video from her newest song If I Don’t Have You. Apparently fans didn’t like the part that shows a man dancing in front of a cross and altar of a church. He was also wearing a white two-piece outfit.

Fans and critics quickly took to the post to call out Braxton for going too far and being blasphemous. In true Braxton form, it didn’t take long for her to respond and defend her choice of the video.

“How about EVERYONE (chair emoji)!!! Why is this man ‘praise dnacing’ in church blasphemy?? Don’t even try THAT. This is HIS interpretation and I’m VERY saved and sensitive to my spirit!!! So vote on it and STOP being petty and silly and VOE or fill your heart with love and show respect for how someone wants to express themselves!!”

She added, “I’ve seen PLENTY of ‘praise dancing’ AT church to R&B songs!!! U all have too!! So GET SOMEWHERE AND SAT DOWN!! I don’t cure nor am I talking about sex … (In my songs) I’m speaking about LOVE which is what GOD is!! Most of you need JESUS! #imDONE.”

While that has since been deleted, Braxton did later apologize for making any of her fans uncomfortable.
