At least the latest winner, Sawyer Fredericks, of The Voice feels like his farm life will always rule.
The teenaged winner recently performed at Fly 92.3's Summer Jam over the weekend at SPAC (Saratoga Performing Arts Center), which was majorly exciting, but what was also pretty rad was the birth of the first calf this year on the farm he calls home.

"[T]his is the face you get when you distract a calf from nursing," he revealed.
Two weeks prior, the teen shared photos from the farm with his pups, saying, "so beautiful on the farm."

He even dished he was "writing more music" aside from songs he started when he was in Los Angeles for The Voice.
Anyway, on Sunday, the 16-year-old musician shared more farm life photos.
Hay was involved in one of them, in which he explained, "It's the first cutting even though it looks like second cutting. [S]o happy to be #HomeOnTheFarm."

He also shared a stunning sunset photo, but he deemed it wasn't "as nice" as the one he shared prior.

Life on the farm seems to be just what the winner needed since it's home after all. Fredericks seems so happy to be out of a major city. It's clear he loved being on The Voice, but as he mentioned in an interview with Yahoo! Music in May, "I love my home back on the farm."
The Voice returns for its ninth season on NBC in the fall.
