Vincent's going to really want to pretend play normal and is going to be quite agitated by the forces that push him to beast out again, Jay Ryan reveals in a new special promo for season 3 of Beauty and the Beast.

Ryan starts out by talking about how Vincent has finally found some peace and resolution in his life now.

"With all these beasts out of the way, he had recieved his exoneration, he is in a very happy place, he feels like a normal guy, part of society," he says.

New Villainous Beasts To Create Menace In Season 3

He goes on to remind fans about how the plot will move forward and that the "mysterious agents" introduced in the end of season 2 will need Vincent and Catherine's (Kristin Kreuk) help to track down new maleficent elements.

"These guys come with a price tag, I guess, and that is pulling Vincent and Cat back into this game," Ryan cautions.

Vincent will be dead against returning to the beastly world. He has just come out of it and will want to guard his new life with Catherine against anything. But it seems like Catherine will be coaxing him to help them fight the new anatgonists.

In some footage unveiled in this clip, he is heard vehemently opposing the idea while talking to Cat.

"How long do we need to keep doing this for until we are fifty or sixty? when does it end? When do we get to be normal?" he is seen telling her, "Because everytime i have to transform back into that thing I risk crossing the line, I risk losing any inch of humanity I have left, you know what that means, that means we're going to have to risk losing us."

But alas, Vincent will have to aquiesce, as Ryan suggests towards the end of the clip: "He's going to have to at some point lift that lid and let that beast out."

Season 3 of Beauty and the Beast will premiere on The CW on June 11 at 8 p.m. on The CW.
