Tamra Barney and Vicki Gunvalson have had a strained relationship for the last couple of years on The Real Housewives of Orange County.

Tamra Barney Denies Creating Fake Story Lines For 'RHOC'

Although the two women were once close friends, their relationship took a turn for the worse during season eight, and they have yet to get it back on track. In her latest blog post, Barney dished on her thoughts about Gunvalson's claims during the 10th season premiere regarding her boyfriend, Brooks Ayers.

"I was a little surprised to hear Vicki say that she called me to tell me that Brooks had cancer and that I never reached out to her after that call. SAY WHAT? That is 100% incorrect!!!" Barney wrote in her Bravo blog on Tuesday. "If I am not mistaken, Vicki said that she had not talked to me and didn't care to reach out to me because she couldn't trust me. So why would she call me to tell me that Brooks has cancer?"

According to Barney, she discovered Ayers was suffering from cancer online, along with the rest of the world, and immediately reached out to her on-again, off-again friend once she had heard the news.

"I texted Vicki at that point (we were not speaking) and told her I was sorry to hear about Brooks' cancer and asked her if he had started treatment," Barney explained. "Vicki NEVER called me and I never called her! I am not sure what she was trying to do, maybe make it look like I am not a good friend and she was?"
