Teresa Giudice will reportedly return to Bravo after her prison release.

Could Production On 'RHONJ' Begin Prior To Teresa Giudice's Release From Prison?

Following news of the incarcerated reality star's possible ban from The Real Housewives of New Jersey, a source spoke out, confirming that while her probation officer does have the ability to restrict her from filming, it was not likely that she would do so.

“It is true that her probation officer would have to sign off on a return,” the insider close to the situation told Real Mr. Housewife on Wednesday. “However, it is extremely likely Teresa’s probation officer will sign off on her return.”

According to the source, the probation officer won't ban Giudice from being a part of the series because, as they explained, “Teresa’s primary source of income is being on the show.

"Since she can demonstrate that, they would likely sign off to allow her back on, due to the fact that she needs to be able to sustain herself when leaving prison,” the source continued. “While nothing is set in stone yet. I would bet that you will be hearing sooner than later that Teresa will be back on the show.”

Giudice began her 15-month prison sentence on Jan. 5 of this year, and is expected to be released from prison at the end of December. Upon her release, her husband, Joe, will begin serving a 41-month sentence.
