‘Stitchers’ Season 1 Spoilers: Why Does Kirsten Believe Her & Camille Are ‘Working With Cavemen’? [VIDEO]
Tuesday's new episode of Stitchers will be packed with intense emotions and some seriously awkward flirting courtesy of Linus (Ritesh Rajan).
Is Cameron Letting His Feelings Get In The Way Of The Latest Stitch On 'Stitchers'?
Previously on ABC Family's very first procedural drama, Linus met Kirsten's (Emma Ishta) roommate Camille (Allison Scagliotti) and they seemed to have an instant connection especially as they danced together at a rave.
Their romantic sparks will continue to fly in the third episode, Connection, of the series, but things will be quite awkward since Linus lacks in how to appropriately interact with ladies.
The Team On 'Stitchers' Is Hunting Down The Origins Of A 'Dangerous' Drug
In the sneak peek clip below Linus initially seems thoughtful in his idea of him and Cameron (Kyle Harris) showing up at Kirsten and Camille's place to set up their stereo system.
"So are you ladies planning on setting up that old tube based stereo system all by yourselves?" he asks Camille more so than asking Camille and Kirsten since he's staring at Camille.
Camille responds, "Of course," which causes him to look at Cameron oddly and then Camille asks, "Uh, what?"
"What if Cameron and I swing by later tonight and just do it for you?" Linus suggests.
It seems like a sweet offer since he clearly wants to impress Camille, but Kirsten calls him out on his sexist implications.
He tries to defend his suggestion with the excuse that "high-end audio is a guy thing," which just digs him a deeper hole.
Cameron even joins Linus in the hole as he shares, "It's true. It has to do with socialization. Girls listen to music for meaning. Guys listen to music for Sonics."
It seems as though Cameron was just trying to help his friend out, but failed in doing so.
Camille is amazed by their sexist thoughts as she puts her hand to her forehand to cover her eyes and Kirsten declares, "My God, we're working with cavemen."
Camille then lets it be known her and Kirsten are smart enough to figure out how to hook up their stereo, but Linus keeps pushing with more insensitive remarks, which in turn appears to agitate Camille more so than Kirsten and Cameron suggests to Linus once the girls leave, "You really gotta learn how to speak to women."
Linus doesn't understand what Cameron is implying though, which makes the situation all the more hilariously awkward.
Stitchers airs on ABC Family at 9 p.m. ET on Tuesdays.
