Fredericks is a proud farm boy and has been beyond thrilled since returning to his Upstate New York home on a farm.

Back in May he told Yahoo! Music, "I love my home back on the farm," which is certainly true considering how much he tends to tweet about his farm life.

The teen musician dished he "would not move to L.A.," but visiting is possible for little trips.

"I always want to have a farm to come back to," Fredericks explained, which is certainly what he has.

The current champ of The Voice kicked off his weekend by FaceTiming with his former competitor Kelsie May. She was on Blake Shelton's team.

Fredericks gave her a tour of his farm, in which she got to meet all of his roosters and other farm animals.

Then on Saturday, the teen tweeted about "farming and music" so the day must have been super productive for him especially after he revealed "it was a great day."

Sunday was yet another day of farm life and music for Fredericks.

He appears to have played an acoustic set outside of Johnson's Family Farm Store in Northville.

"Had lots of fun," he gushed about jamming outside the Northville store.

The Voice returns for its ninth season on NBC in the fall.
