The 29-year-old Jersey native recently filmed herself doing "The Yoga Challenge," which many YouTubers have recently taken part in.
Typically they do it in pairs of two people, but Helbig decided to do it with her animal companion Goose. If you watch Helbig's videos you know Goose is her adorable pooch!

Check out Helbig's "important, ground-breaking content" below, in which she shares most of those partaking in this challenge "are really terrible at yoga," but it does make for great amusement!
So why did Helbig do the challenge with Goose?
Well it's really simple seeing as she shared, "But today I'm doing the yoga challenge with someone that I trust more than anyone else in this kind of thing."
Helbig and Goose even changed into their "yoga clothes" to make the experience that much more entertaining.
They began with a pose that was "real easy." It was the Partner Forward Bend (Uttanasana). Then they did mostly more challenging poses, but none of them really worked out considering Helbig is a human and Goose is a dog.
Goose wouldn't even give Helbig a high-five!
