As the 10th season of The Real Housewives of Orange County gets underway, Barney spoke out, revealing why she's questioned Vicki Gunvalson's boyfriend's health claims.
"There’s a lot of um…a lot of stories that were told about his treatment plan and what kind of cancer he has and it doesn’t make sense," Barney explained to OK! Magazine on Monday. "With that being said there’s a lot of people going, ‘Huh? What? Does he really have it? Is he lying?’ I think it’s up to the viewers to decide.

Because of Barney's thoughts on Ayers' cancer, her relationship with Gunvalson has grown understandably strained, and after watching the first episode air last week, Barney expressed her frustration in her former friend's claims.
"You know what, it’s kind of a difficult for me because I’ve always loved Vicki as a sister but she tends to do things that make her look good on the show," Barney alleged. "There’s a lot of questionable things that are being said. In the first episode she talked about how she contacted me to tell me Brooks had cancer, that was a complete lie. I saw it online and I contacted her! She just tends to show things to make people look bad."
The Real Housewives of Orange County airs on Mondays at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
