Michelle Money Is Giving Away 'A Money Makeover' For Cody Sattler's Latest '30 Day Challenge'

Sattler kicked off the latest "30 Day Challenge" on June 4 and it ends on July 3. Throughout these challenges, in which people online can join in on his fitness regimens and shed pounds without ever stepping foot in front of him, Sattler tends to get extra motivational on his social platforms.

He's all about healthy living through the mind, body and soul and believes results won't show overnight, which is factual.

Is Cody Sattler Training Whitney Bischoff?

On Monday, he tweeted about pace not mattering "as long as you do not stop." You can go as slow or as fast as you'd like, but you need to commit to keep going no matter how difficult something may be down the line or right at the start.

Then the following morning, Sattler posted an image on Instagram of the word "grind" with its definition.

In his caption he reiterated his views about no overnight changes "or in a few weeks" even.

He said the fitness goals one sets for themselves are reached "when you are consistent and you #GRIND everyday!"

Aside from being a personal trainer perhaps Sattler should go into motivational speaking. He seems to be really effective since so many people respond to his motivational tweets and Instagram posts on the regular.
