A video of Young’s big question for the "Fancy" rapper surfaced on the Internet earlier this month and went viral shortly after. But now a mystery woman has come out and said that Young isn’t the man he seems to be.
British MTV host Donatella Panayiotou has made claims that she has actually been dating the NBA player as well.

She told The Sun on Sunday, “Nick would lie and say, ‘We’re not together.’ He even claimed a photoshoot of them was just modeling.”
She revealed that they have been seeing one another for nearly a year. But it wasn’t all that great.
“Sex was over really quickly. He’s say, ‘I just need to get used to you.’ That didn’t happen.”
Still, she did admit that they did have true chemistry and a real romantic relationship while he has been with Iggy. She didn’t even know that Iggy was in his life until she discovered hair clips in his bathroom back in May of last year. She claimed they haven’t been intimate since.
Panayiotou said she cut ties with him one final time at his birthday party. Oddly enough, it was just before Iggy gifted him with a classic luxury car.
Despite all of that, the British star made it clear she has no sympathy for Iggy because she dated him before Iggy did.
