Kate Middleton & Prince William Are Reportedly Coming To America
"The trainer checks in remotely with Kate by phone every day as well as seeing her in person one a week," a source said.
Considering that Middleton knows a proper diet, her instructor reportedly suggested tasty yet healthy selections.
"The food is very elegant and actually feels like food you would eat at a restaurant," the source said.
Meanwhile, a report from OK! Magazine claimed that Middleton was planning to take a trip to New York with her husband, Prince William, and their two children, George and Charlotte. According to the site, this was partially inspired by William's late mother, Princess Diana, who gave words of wisdom to her children.
"Diana used to sit down with William and show him photographs of her travels, and she'd point out the exotic places she went on maps," an insider said. "She'd tell him that he should never settle for a life inside the palace walls, and that he must experience all that the world has to offer."
