Keith Carlos who competed and eventually walked away as the winner of America's Next Top Model Cycle 21 goes synonymous with inspirational thoughts.
The first male winner of the reality modeling competition show is always candidly tweeting positive and wise thoughts and phrases on his Twitter account at all hours of the day or night.
He tends to be pretty honest about his personal life too, reflecting on his time as a college football player and a professional football player even.

On Monday the model then shared some of his typical wisdom since there's always room for wisdom on his Twitter feed.
He basically revealed it's important to "not expect defeat" or to "think of victory" since every single step in the journeys you take is very important so "giving your best in each & every moment" is key.

He followed that up by sharing there is no turning back so the past is just that, in the past, but that doesn't mean you are blocked in starting fresh.

"[S]tart from now and make a brand new ending," he revealed.
So, in short, it's always important to put your best foot forward.
America's Next Top Model returns to The CW this summer on Aug. 5 at 8 p.m. ET for Cycle 22.
