TVLine's Matt Webb Mitovitch inferred that this had a lot to do with Thea (Willa Holland) and that she is going to be in some kind of trouble in season 4 -- further suggesting that this might draw Oliver (Amell) back into Starling City. The report also states that perhaps Thea's time in the Lazarus Pit might have had its side effects and also be messing with her head now.

In a previous interview at Comic Con, Holland addressed the possibility of her becoming heir to Ra's al Ghul's empire. The actress was taken by surprise when asked that question. "I actually never even thought about that! Woah! Bomb dropped," she said.

Holland is obviously clueless to the possibility and added that she was more preoccupied with the recent jolt her character has suffered and trying to overcome that.

"Who knows?" she said. "All I know is that Thea is trying to figure out what's happening to her or not happening to her since she has been resurrected from the Lazarus pit."

Although the actress did admit that it was very cool to be playing the daughter of the big baddie now.

The announcement of Arrow's renewal for a fourth season was made earlier this month.

The finale of season 3, entitled 'My Name is Oliver Queen,' of Arrow aired on May 13 on The CW.
