It looks as though Kristen Taekman won't be making the cut for next season's The Real Housewives of New York. In fact, there are new rumors swirling that the former model might be getting fired from the hit Bravo show.

According to Page Six on Monday, Bethenny Frankel might also be the reason why Taekman is being asked out the door.

A source told the site, "Kristen will probably not be invited back to the show because she doesn't fit in and her story line is stale. It will be the nail in Kristen's coffin. Bethenny wants her off the show. She is now the anchor. Kristen is likely departing."

In an interview with Fox News back in April, Taekman admitted that her first season on the Housewives show did feel like a sorority-like hazing when Ramona Singer apparently went nuts on her.

She said, "The whole thing was insane. I don't want to say dreaming because it definitely wasn't a dream, it was more of a nightmare. People still comment with me on that because people say that would have done this to her and that to her but I was treading water in a lake. Once I tasted the blood I was like 'I'm staying far away from her.'"

As far as trouble maker Bethenny Frankel coming back, Taekman said, "I was thrilled that she was back. The whole dynamic has really changed but it's a great dynamic change. There's a lot of reminiscing. They call themselves the OG's (Old Gangsters)."
