Just after Bobby spoke out about his family’s (sister Leolah and Jerod) involvement in Bobbi Kristina’s health matter, Jerod made a statement of his own via Facebook Saturday.
He made it clear he is not looking for the "My Prerogative" singer’s “support or permission” or even his “blessing” to speak on Bobbi Kristina. He said he simply wanted to let fans and the general public know what was going on with his 22-year-old cousin.

He added in the lengthy status that once Bobbi Kristina fully recovers, “you wont have to deal with me anymore.”
He went on to say that he’s unbothered by Bobby’s decision to “denounce me in front of the world a million times…” and “call my works sideshows…” He added that if it were Bobby’s whose life was hanging in the balance, he would still encourage fans to pray.
He also opened up about his relationship with Bobbi Kristina and said their bond is what drives him to hang on to hope that she will be alright.
His Facebook post came just a day after Bobby made an update on Bobbi Kristina’s condition.
“Unless you hear it directly fro me or through my attorney, do not believe any words attributed to me. I am making decisions with Pat Houston and we are working together for the medical care of my daughter.
I do not have time for the frequent side shows that others choose to engage in almost on a daily basis.”
He added that his “focus” is on Bobbi Kristina getting better and finding out who “had a hand in causing my daughter’s injuries” so that person will be “brought to justice.”
