Kristen Stewart "Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2" London Premiere & Reviews! (PHOTOS)
Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart reunited again at the "Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn-Part 2" London premiere at Leicester Square on Wednesday, Nov. 14.
The gleaming couple joined co-stars, British pop stars and socialites for the event. They wowed the crowd with their highly anticipated PDA as they leaned in close with their arms wrapped around each other's waist to reassure their fans that they are definitely "on" again.
Stewart wore a sexy lace jumpsuit that was quite glamorous by Zuhair Murad Couture. Pattinson wore a GQ-ready suit by Burberry London while Taylor Lautner looked modern in a Z Zegna suit. Their co-stars Judi Shekoni flaunted her cleavage in a bright yellow Chagoury Couture gown and MyAnna Buring wore a Vivienne Westwood sky blue strapless gown.
The movie premieres in theaters nationwide at midnight on Nov. 16., and the reviews have mostly given the last film of the "Twilight" franchise two thumbs up!
With Bella and Edward having a half-vampire baby, fighting the volturi and a buzzed about sex scene that almost had the movie rated-R - it's no wonder critics approved.
Rotten Tomatoes gave the movie a 91 percent average rating and according to New York Daily News, it has "plenty of bite!"
The following are reviews from movie critics:
Huffington Post: "Finally - finally! - the "Twilight" franchise embraces its own innate absurdity with the gleefully over-the-top conclusion, "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2. This is by far the best film in the series. This does not necessarily mean it's good. But as it reaches its prolonged and wildly violent crescendo, it's at least entertaining in a totally nutso way."
New York Daily News: "Like its once-hesitant heroine, Stephenie Meyer's "Twilight" series has grown ever more confident over the last four years. (A span that surely feels like decades to spotlit stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson.) And now, just as Bella Swan (Stewart) embraces her own eternal power, Breaking Dawn, Part 2 expands with a full intensity of force, stronger and more epic than the films that led to this impactful finale."
Variety: "A doozy of a finale to a series that, until now, has largely taken its dramatic cues from its maddeningly inert heroine. Not anymore: With Bella reborn as a bloodthirsty, butt-kicking vampire mama, this second of two Bill Condon-directed instalments clears a low bar to stand easily as the franchise's most eventful and exciting entry."
Los Angeles Times: The battle is epic and quite the spectacle. It is exceptional in its staging, although considering the number of vampires who give their life for the cause, you'll be grateful they don't bleed. According to "Twilight" lore, death requires heads be brutally ripped off. Stakes through the heart definitely will not suffice.
