Brown, who was found facedown and unresponsive in her Roswell, Ga. home was diagnosed with irreversible brain damage earlier this year. She was in an Atlanta hospital for about two months before they transferred her to a rehab center.
Now Pat Houston (the sister-in-law of Brown’s late mother, Whitney Houston) said they have taken another step.

Pat said in a statement Wednesday. “Despite the great medical care at numerous facilities, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s condition has continued to deteriorate. As of today, she has been moved to hospice care. We thank everyone for their support and prayers. She is in God’s hands now.”
Interestingly enough, that very same day Brown’s longtime boyfriend and rumored fiancé Nick Gordon was hit with a lawsuit from Brown’s conservator. They filed a lawsuit at Fulton County Superior Court and want more than $10 million for damages. He is accused of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, unjust enrichment and conversion. He also allegedly took more than $11,000 from Brown while she was in a coma following her incident.
The lawsuit also claims that Gordon abused Brown physically and emotionally.
Gordon and his friend, Max Lomas, are the two who discovered Brown, the only child of Whitney and singer Bobby Brown, on Jan. 31. Since then, a criminal investigation has been under way as police try to figure out what happened.
