With all of the drama happening with the Kardashian family on and off camera, rumors have swirled on who will really return to E!’s Keeping Up With The Kardashians. The latest reports claim that Kylie Jenner plans on taking a step back; but her reason why is pretty interesting.

It's all to team up with her boyfriend Tyga for his new reality show. Apparently the couple, who has faced lots of controversy since he’s 25 and she’s 17 (her 18th birthday is on Aug. 10) just took a getaway to Cannes, France along with Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner. This sparked rumors that he would be joining the E! series. But one insider said recently Kylie will actually be heading over to his upcoming show.

“It’s no coincidence that Kylie changed her name on her social media to ‘King Kylie.’

They said it was Kylie’s way of secretly hinting that she would be one of the familiar faces on Tyga’s Kinging With Tyga. The show is said to have already been given the green light and has a premiere date of July 24. It’s set to follow Tyga in his rap career as well as his romance with Kylie. Still, the two were pretty quiet about their relationship at first and even said they were just friends, so it’s not clear how much of their chemistry they put in front of cameras.

The source added, “Unfortunately, because it premieres before she turns 18, they do not want to show that she is his girlfriend in the beginning and will wait until she is an adult to work it in.”
