Tori Spelling isn't winning any new fans these days. The reality television star and mother-of-four is raising some eyebrows again for apparently allowing her 7-year-old daughter Stella wear makeup while posting the pics on her Instagram account, too.

The Today Show's Kathie Lee and Hoda weighed in on the matter, saying that while putting on makeup while playing dress up is fine, Spelling shouldn't be allowing her daughters to wear makeup on a daily basis.

According to the New York Daily News, Kathie Lee wrote, "I think there's a big difference between playing with makeup and wearing makeup. And we don't know the details here, they might have just been goofing off."

She added, "Celebrities aside, childhood is not only a magical time, it's brief. Playing with Barbies and makeup is different than going out and trying to act like an adult."

Hoda chimed in with, "My parents wouldn't even let me wear the goofy Bonne Bell lip gloss until seventh or eighth grade. I still remember putting on a little mascara and a little bit of lipstick and thinking it was a really big thing. If you're a kid playing with makeup and having a blast, so what? But if it starts become a real thing, like your kid won't leave the house without it, that's different. When I see a kid out with lipstick on, I do a double take."

So far, Spelling herself hasn't commented on why she posts pics of her daughter wearing makeup or why she allows it in the first place.
