With the knowledge that Louie Becker is the person who suffered a brutal death that saw his body parts hacked off and scattered among the yards of the rich and powerful in Beverly Hills, one of the more elite women in town is suspected in his murder on Devious Maids.

The Murder Mystery Takes An Unexpected Turn

With knowledge of her past relationship with him, which ended badly, Genevieve (Susan Lucci) has quickly become the prime suspect in his murder--and now she will be forced to defend herself as authorities--and others--all close in on her and try to figure out her potential role in the crime.

The first person to try and figure things out may be Genevieve's maid, Zoila (Judy Reyes) who will see if there is anything she can do to help her employer and friend--something Genevieve will be upset by after she realizes that news of her being suspect isn't being contained.

Zoila & Javier's Wedding Is Interrupted By An Unexpected Visitor

"What happened to maid-employer confidentiality?" she asks Zoila in a preview clip for the Monday, June 29 episode.

"That's not a thing," Zoila reminds her.

After she's interviewed however, Genevieve will then refuse to continue cooperating with authorities--outraged that they genuinely seem to believe she could be capable of murder.

"I've said all I'm going to say," she says in the clip.

However, they won't be the only ones breathing down Genevieve's back--as Evelyn (Rebecca Wisocky) hears the news and goes to seek her out, in the hopes of getting revenge for Louie's severed leg being left in her front yard--hurting her reputation in the community.

"It would be so easy for me to retaliate," she warns in the clip.
