‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Will Victor Try To Smother Jack With A Pillow At The Hospital? [VIDEO]
A lot is happening in Genoa City revolving around the real Jack (Peter Bergman)!

During the episode that is set to air today, July 3, it seems like Victor (Eric Braeden) might try to truly put an end to Jack.
In the sneak peek teaser video below, Victor is seen holding a pillow close to Jack's face while Jack lies helplessly on a hospital bed.
Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will rush into Jack's room and lash out at Victor.
"Stay the hell away from my husband!" she shouts.
According to Soaps, Jack is having a hard time speaking, but after the encounter with Victor he is kind of wheezing.
Phyllis will wind up calling Paul (Doug Davidson) about what has been happening at the hospital with her husband, especially in regard to Jack pointing at Victor when asked who shot him.
In another clip in the teaser video, Paul tells Phyllis over the phone, "No one saw Victor shoot Jack."
Gabriel/Adam (Justin Hartley) will interrupt that call though as he shares with Paul in Paul's office at the station, "That's not true."
Then in one other clip it seems as though Ashley (Eileen Davidson) is preparing Abby (Melissa Ordway) for the possible arrest of her father.
In the clip, Stitch (Sean Carrigan) asks Ashley, "Police arrested someone?"
"No, but they have a suspect," Ashley reveals, which prompts Abby's curiosity and eventually anger and sadness once Ashley shares Victor is the suspect.
According to Soaps, Victor will wind up turning himself in. Fireworks are really going to fly once the truth comes out when Jack is able to speak again.
The Young and the Restless airs on weekdays at 12:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
