‘The Young and the Restless’ News: Phyllis Asks Jack, ‘Baby Can You Hear Me?’ [VIDEO]
It seems as though Jack (Peter Bergman) will take a turning point for the better in the hospital, which Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will witness during the episode of The Young and the Restless airing today, July 9.

Since Jack got shot he has not been responsive, but it now seems like he can hear those around him.
In the sneak peek video teaser below it appears as though he squeezes Phyllis' hand as she sits by his bedside, holding his hand, hoping he'll wake up.

"Jack? Baby can you hear me?" she asks as her face shows signs of shock and hope.
According to Soaps, Phyllis will ask Jack questions and he will squeeze her hand once for "yes" and twice for "no".
While that's relatively good news, Newman-Abbott is barely staying afloat as the Newmans and Abbotts argue a lot.
In the sneak peek video, Abby (Melissa Ordway) walks in on a closed-door meeting between Victoria (Amelia Heinle), Billy (Burgess Jenkins) and Nick (Joshua Morrow). They will gang up on her, but Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will defend her.
Kyle (Lachlan Buchanan) is even at odds with Abby. But he's still going to try to keep his relationship with Summer (Hunter King) going strong despite all of their family problems.
Lastly, in this episode, Noah (Robert Adamson) will ask Marisa (Sofia Pernas) about Marco (also portrayed by Bergman).
"Marco Annicelli. Do you know him?" he asks her in the video clip, which unsettles her, causing her to drop the knife she was using to cut up limes for the bar.
The Young and the Restless airs on weekdays at 12:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
