Well, that actually is not totally the case. While the girls are fit enough to do their choreography on stage night after night, not all the members are keen on working out daily and always eating healthy meals.

Camila Cabello and Dinah Jane Hansen chatted with Pressparty all about their exercise regimens and what they tend to eat.

Cabello dished that the she does not keep to a daily workout regimen.

"I never have a workout phase," she shared before telling a tale of the first time she worked out.

"I remember once, while we were out recording... it was the first time we were ever brought out to L.A.; they brought out a fitness instructor to get us all fit and healthy, and the first time... I remember the first 20 minutes because I had never worked out before in my life and I literally threw up. It's not for me; it's just not for me. I'll try, though... maybe," Cabello explained.

It's funny to hear that since the girl group recently hit up Zumba's headquarters in Miami as seen in the video below.

Hansen dished that they "learned some new dance moves!"

The two 5H members then revealed that they try to constantly eat healthy, but Cabello admitted she doesn't always stick to healthy eating.

"I go through a phase where I try to and then I'm like, 'Oh, I miss Five Guys,' which is a burger chain. I've had Five Guys about, like, five times this week. Life is too short and you'll make it shorter if you eat Five Guys, but whatever!" Cabello revealed.

Hansen, meanwhile, shared that their fridge is typically loaded "with fruits, cereal and almond milk."
