Chatter On Bay & Emmett's Relationship On 'Switched At Birth'

That's what Katie Leclerc is hoping. On Monday, the actress who plays Daphne took to Instagram to post a series of photos with her co-stars. As everyone dresses up in random armor clothing, Leclerc mentioned that she has her "fingers crossed" that the series will be renewed for a fifth season.

When the ABC Family drama returns for new episodes, one thing has already been revealed- someone will be pregnant. And whoever it is, odds are likely it won't come with the happiest result.

Actress Says 'A Lot Of New Drama' Is Coming To 'Switched At Birth'

Right now, Bay is the most likely choice to wind up with a child since it would create a dramatic story around her, no matter who the father is. Emmett could be the one who got her pregnant, which would make things complicated since he and Bay are no longer together. But the father could potentially be Tank, which might make matters worse since his last sexual encounter with Bay was a campus assault.

There is also the possibility that Daphne could end up having a baby since Leclerc posted another photo on her Instagram page that seemed like a big tease. Whether the baby is hers or not, did she reveal that the future child is going to be a boy?

Switched at Birth returns on Monday, August 24 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC Family.
