Chelsea Houska didn't trust Adam Lind during their on-again, off-again relationship years ago.

During a new interview, the Teen Mom 2 star opened up about her past insecurities.
“I feel like most people in relationships have creeped through their significant other's social media accounts,” Houska admitted during an MTV interview, via Wetpaint Entertainment on Tuesday. “In my bad relationship, I was always worried and I felt like I had to do that."

Now that she's with Cole DeBoer, however, things have drastically changed.
“My relationship with Cole is completely different than past relationships,” Houska told MTV News earlier this month. “I’ve only had bad relationships — I mean, I’ve had one, really. And that was terrible. Everyone saw that play out.”
“He’s great with Aubree," Houska continued of her new boyfriend, whom she began dating last summer. "Cole’s relationship with Aubree is so amazing to me because she’s never had like a positive male role model in her life. I mean, she’s had her grandpa. But as a father figure, he completely stepped up to take on that responsibility — more than I ever could have even imagined.”
