'Arrow' Season 4 Spoilers: Two New DC Characters Joining Season 4 Of 'Arrow' [VIDEO]
Damien Darhk won't be the only one to rue the day and the Arrow team won't be the only saviors.
Two new characters from the DC universe will be joining the motley crew in season 4 of Arrow. It was revealed at Comic Con that the villainous Anarky and heroic Mr. Terrific will be mixing things up in the next chapter. According to an IGN report, Mr. Terrific will work with Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) and will also be gay on the show. There is no word on the casting for the characters as of now.
No details about the role of Anarky have been revealed so far. But as Darhk takes center stage, we're guessing Anarky will assist him in creating menace in Starling City.
Oliver And Felicity's Relationship To Be Challenged In Season 4?
Earlier this month, the actor playing Darhk in the CW series was revealed. TVLine reported that Neal McDonough will be playing the part of Darhk in the next chapter. Darhk had already come up in season 3 but he was never seen. The actor is best known for his work on the television shows Justified and Suits.
In June, ComicBook leaked parts of the possible dialogue of the Darhk in the season.
The report has accessed the audition transcripts for the part of a villain in the next chapter of the series. In the revealed text, the villain, most likely Dahrk as had been rumored, threatens Oliver (Stephen Amell). He tells Oliver that he is the ultimate threat, worse than Slade Wilson and Malcolm Merlyn or "any of the other pretenders" he might have "dealt with before."
The villain also issues a devastating warning: "No, I'm the ground, the Earth, the world. I'm the man even Ra's al Ghul fears."
The announcement of Arrow's renewal for a fourth season was made earlier this month.
The finale of season 3, entitled 'My Name is Oliver Queen,' of Arrow aired on May 13 on The CW.
