Abby Lee Miller is in the clear. A judge has dismissed former reality television star Paige Hyland's assault case against the controversial Dance Moms star, according to new reports.

Gossip Cop says on Thursday that the 13-year-old dancer tried to sue her former dance instructor for assault, as she allegedly threw a chair at her during practice and provoked her during numerous occasions during her classes. The lawsuit alleges that Hyland was terrified of Miller and that she once was prompted to "run from the room terrified as she feared she would be physically injured by Miller."

The lawsuit also said that the young dancer "feared she would be physically injured because she had observed Miller physically batter other people on the show including physically pushing [mother] Kelly Hyland's face, pinching another student until she bled and violently grabbing another student by the arm."

If that weren't enough, the Hylands also claimed that Miller was deliberately instructed "to be abusive and bullying to her students and provoke arguments with the mothers in front of the children" by Lifetime, which airs Dance Moms on their network.

Unfortunately for the Hyland women though, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Ruth Kwan ruled that there was "no evidence of any assault, or any proof that Hyland had a legitimate fear being harmed" therefore dropping the case.

So far, Miller herself hasn't made any comments about the court decision.
