Tyler Perry has called out critics of Bobbi Kristina Brown’s health condition and urged everyone to let the Brown family have their privacy.
In an emotional letter to fans, the television director and actor spoke as rumors continue to swirl about Bobbi Kristina.
He sent out the open letter Friday morning.

“This morning I woke up with Whitney on my mind. I couldn’t help but think about all that she must have dreamed for her child. I know this was not her dream…And as difficult as this time is for people that love both Whitney and Krissi, what makes it more egregious is the blatant disrespect, lies, and ignorance that are rapidly printed in this awful time.”
Perry, who has been extremely close to both the Houston and Brown family, shamed those who get joy out of reading the negativity surrounding the 22-year-old as well as those who are hungry to spread juicy gossip, even if it’s false.
“It make me sad to know that everybody wants to be the first to report something awful. So much so, that they find it OK to speak death unto those who are still alive. May I ask you all to please show some decency and respect? Not only to Krissi’s family, but also to the other families that are there in this place.
It’s heartbreaking to think that even in a time like this, this child is still not any peace.”
He guaranteed fans that if something does change with Bobbi Kristina’s health, her family will put out a statement.
