Livin' Lozada has proved to be comical at times, but over the weekend when the latest episode aired Evelyn Lozada shared some heavy, emotional news.

Who Does Evelyn Lozada Have 'Deep Gratitude' For?

In the clip below, Lozada opened up about her third pregnancy heading for miscarriage, which is certainly not an easy thing to deal with let alone being filmed as you go through it.

The clip opens with Lozada's daughter Shaniece Hairston on the phone with Lozada, in which she learns her mother's hormone levels are dropping, which means a miscarriage will most likely occur.

Hairston was at a photo shoot, which she could not leave until it was over. Lozada was supposed to be there too, but opted out of it to cope.

In the next part of the clip, Lozada is seen crying while in bed and then talks about the miscarriage in the confessional setup.

"I feel like when something tragic like this happens, whether it's this or anything, I've learned that there's always something better to come," she honestly professed through tears, adding, "And I guess that's what I hold on to that, 'Okay, it just wasn't meant to be.'"

Later on in the clip, Hairston reunites with her mom, bringing goodies to lift her spirits and they talk.

Lozada admitted to her daughter "that the process was starting" since she felt "cramping" early that morning.

On Twitter the reality TV star shared just how devastating it is to learn your hormone levels are dropping.

She also tweeted about how regardless of the rough patches she is happy to share her life with others.

In the episode the reality TV personality eventually went through with the photo shoot and on her website Monday she revealed some of the shots along with the following message: "[These photos] will forever serve as a reminder that when life knocks us down, we all have the power within us to get back up and keep moving."
