Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber Break Up Again: It'll 'Just Be Me This Year' For Christmas
Selena Gomez said she expects to spend Christmas without her on-again, off-again boyfriend Justin Bieber.
The Disney star arrived without solo to the 2012 UNICEF Snowflake Ball held at Cipriani in New York City on Nov. 27. When Selena, 20, was asked what her and Bieber's plans were for the holidays, she said she intended to spend it alone.
"No, no -- that'll just be me this year," Gomez told Entertainment Tonight. "I'm gonna go home. I want to go home, and sleep and eat a lot of food with my grandparents," she added. "It'll be awesome."
Gomez wore a backless, halterneck black and gold beaded gown on the red carpet. Katy Perry, Uma Thurman, Kate Mara, Allison Williams and Mia Moretti also attended the event.
Bieber, 18, and Gomez reportedly broke up in early November, but have since been spotted together on numerous occasions. According to a report, the pair went out to dinner together in New York City after she left the 2012 UNICEF Snowflake Ball. The pop singing couple were spotted at Marble Lane restaurant at the Dream Hotel.
"They came in with an entourage of six people around 1 a.m., but dined alone," an eyewitness told Hollywood Life. "They stayed for around 30 minutes. Justin was wearing nerd glasses and a baseball cap. They looked really happy together. They were laughing, talking and just having a really good time enjoying each other's company.
The onlooker added that when it came time to leave Bieber "walked in front of her and held her hand. But she seemed nervous about walking outside and wasn't smiling when it came time to leave."
The report came a week after they were seen locking arms at an American Music Awards afterparty in Los Angeles, and after they went on a dinner-date to Benihana.
They tried not to be spotted entering or leaving the Encino, Calif., restaurant together on Monday, but photographers caught Gomez and Bieber entering the eatery, both dressed casually. Earlier in the day, Gomez visited her doctor for what she thought was a sore throat, and Bieber's bodyguard accompanied her.
