Kourtney Kardashian is looking to be in the best shape of her life.
In new photos of the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, Kardashian appears to have lost a whopping 20 pounds, and according to a new report, her split fom Scott Disick may be responsible.
"In my professional opinion Kourtney looks like she has shed about 15-20 pounds of body fat, toned up incredibly and looks awesome!" celebrity trainer and nutrition specialist Aaron Guy told Radar Online on Tuesday.

Kardashian and Disick called it quits earlier this month after nine years and three children. The split was prompted by shocking photos, which featured Disick canoodling with his ex-girlfriend, Chloe Bartoli.
"I would say that her recent breakup with Scott could have been motivation to start doing some serious cardio consisting of High Intensity Interval Training alongside resistance exercises to add toned muscle and boost her metabolism," Guy, who has not worked with Kardashian, noted. "Cutting sugar and simple carbs from her diet more than likely boosted her weight loss as well. People tend to respond well to healthy carb modifications to their diets quite quickly."
"You can see a distinct difference in her midsection and her hips from this photo and now," Guy added. "Her arms are noticeably much more toned."
