Falcons vs Saints, Live Stream Free, Watch 'Thursday Night Football' Online @ 8:20 PM ET
The Atlanta Falcons (10-1) will look to continue their winning ways when they take on the New Orleans Saints (5-6) in "Thursday Night Football" action.
While the Falcons have been nearly flawless all season, its lone defeat came at the hands of the Saints. Atlanta will head to the Georgia Dome aiming to avoid their fifth straight loss to Drew Brees and company.
The Falcons were 8-0 when New Orleans prevailed against them by a 31-27 margin on Nov. 11. In the matchup, Atlanta was limited to just 46 yards on the ground, forced to settle for two field goals and gave up a slew of turnovers.
While the Falcons rebounded from the loss with two straight wins to sustain the NFC's best record, some of the team members still feel they were the better club at the Superdome a couple weeks back, according to ESPN.
"It's not like they came out here and won a game. I think we kind of gave it to them," said Falcons' receiver Roddy White, who had seven receptions for 114 yards in that game.
Remarks such as White's have gotten the attention of the Saints, who have won 11 out of their last 13 against their NFC South rivals.
"It definitely kind of sets up a nice little fire or however you want to say it. That's how it is - Atlanta versus the Saints. There's always going to be somebody talking trash. Most times it's Roddy White. And we enjoy it," explained New Orleans safety Malcolm Jenkins.
"I think it makes the game fun. It brings emotion to the game. He's Roddy White. You've got to know that's going to come from him," he added.
