Shannon Beador might be a little too hard on herself these days. The Real Housewives of Orange County star is blaming her looks and her possible weight gain as one of the reasons why her husband David cheated on her with his mistress last year.

In a new interview with People Magazine this week, the reality television star gets very candid about the troubles in her marriage and why she thinks her husband might have strayed because she "let herself go."

What's more, Beador admits that some days it's been difficult trying to put the pieces back with her marriage, but both she and her husband are doing it for the sake of their family, which includes their three daughters.

She revealed, "I can go days, weeks without thinking about it. Unfortunately, I'm reliving all this on the show. But the thing is, if I were to think about the affair while we first started filming, I would be upset for a while. Now, it's just a, 'Okay, yeah,' and then you move on."

Beador also added that her husband David has confessed to his wrong-doing and that the couple is currently in therapy trying to work past his affair.
