Halle Berry, Ex Settle: Agreement Reached Following Thanksgiving Brawl (PICS)
Gabriel Aubry and Halle Berry have reportedly reached an amicable agreement following a fight that took place between the male model and her fiancé Olivier Martinez.
According to E! News, Berry's attorney Blair Berk handwrote a note that stated the following:
"The parties have reached an amicable agreement. There will be no further statement on the matter."
Chapman Holley, Aubry's lawyer, was spotted exiting the court with Berk, both seemingly in an upbeat mood.
Aubry and Berry, who are the parents of four-year-old daughter Nahla, have been at severe odds ever since the actress failed in her attempt to move the child with her to France, which was the major factor leading up to the brawl between Martinez and Aubry on Thanksgiving.
Proceeding the altercation, Berry took out an emergency protective order on Aubry, which prevented him from going near her, Martinez or Nahla. In turn, Aubry also obtained a temporary restraining order against Martinez and claimed that the actor tried to kill him.
Aubry was arrested and charged with battery, with his bail set at $20,000. Since then, he's been adamant in saying that he'd like criminal charges brought against Martinez. Aubry claimed that he didn't do anything to provoke the fight that left him bruised and beaten, and that the actor instigated it.
Amid the turmoil, Nahla was seen with Berry making her way to school in Los Angeles on Thursday. The little girl seemed happy while walking under her mother's arm. Nahla, sporting a pink and orange coat and jeans, was covered up for Thursday's rain while Berry tried to stay unnoticed in a hat and shades.
The fight ensued when Aubry went to drop off his daughter at Berry's home. The Canadian model was then incarcerated and his mug shot revealed his badly damaged face from the brawl. Martinez himself was seen with a brace on his right hand following the melee.
